Jsme pry\u010d od ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho stresu, m\u016f\u017eeme se kdykoliv zastavit, posadit se a odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Je jedno, zda si vyraz\u00edme do m\u00edstn\u00edho parku na piknik, do lesa za m\u011bstem, nebo na nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed venkovn\u00ed posezen\u00ed s&nbsp;h\u0159i\u0161t\u011bm pro na\u0161e ratolesti.\tZbav\u00edme se t\u00edm nejen stereotypu, ale z\u00edsk\u00e1me nov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky, nabijeme se novou energi\u00ed, odbour\u00e1me p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd stres a jist\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1me radost na\u0161im milovan\u00fdm nev\u0161edn\u00edm a neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdm n\u00e1padem. Nav\u00edc p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00edme fenom\u00e9nu dne\u0161n\u00ed doby zvan\u00e9mu deprese, pro kterou sv\u00fdm hektick\u00fdm \u017eivotem a nulov\u00fdm aktivn\u00edm odpo\u010dinkem a relaxac\u00ed p\u0159ipravujeme ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro to, aby n\u00e1s dostihla.
